- Long-Term Skilled Nursing Care. When it’s just not safe for a loved one to live in their home any longer, Schuyler Ridge is ready to welcome your family member to become part of our home.
- Memory Care. Individuals with dementia have special needs and can thrive in the proper environment, with staff who received special training. Schuyler Ridge is proud of the special Memory Care community we’ve created for residents who require it.
- Short-Term Rehab. Many people join us for just a short while, when they’re recovering from surgery or an illness and need some physical rehab before returning home. Our physical, occupational and speech therapists are highly-trained specialists

- Kamryn Ilgner
[ Born and raised in the Hudson Valley, Kamryn has dedicated her professional career to the long-term care continuum. She's a graduate of Hofstra University, where she received her masters in healthcare administration with a concentration in long term care. A Certified Dementia Practitioner, Kamryn is an active member of the Alzheimer’s Association and enjoys working with local municipalities on community-based projects. ]
